1. What is your Return Policy?

2. How do I cancel an order?
Please fill out our Order Cancellation Request Form HERE. It is strongly recommended that you cancel an order as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any cancellations. Once your cancellation request is reviewed one of our representatives will contact you either by phone or by email with an update of your request.

Note: Order can NOT be canceled once the order has been shipped.


3. What forms of shipping do you offer?

4. Where do I find warranty information on products?
Every brand has their own warranty information. Please contact the specific manufacturer for warranty information.


5. What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States.


6. What are the rules and restrictions for free shipping?
Spend just $199 or more and receive Fast FREE Ground Shipping on your order. For orders under $199 you will only pay a flat fee of $8.95.

This shipping offer applies to the Continental US ONLY. All locations outside the Continental US will receive discounted shipping, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can select this option during the checkout process. You can also make easy payments through Affirm.

8. Can I have my order shipped to an address that's different from my billing address?
Yes. During the checkout process, you may enter a separate shipping address and billing address.
